Flora of Carstensz Pyramid (Puncak Jaya) –
The Papuan New Guinea Island offers an inexhaustible number of endemic animals and plants. The close neighborhood of the Carstensz Pyramid is similar. There you can find gigantic ferny trees, and big parasite plants which are home to termites, contrasted to tiny flowers. Even if you were there thousand times you wouldn't see everything. The natural wealth of the New Guinea Island is immense and immeasurable.
